Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a movement restoration typically take?
Most movement restorations are completed within 10 to 14 working days. This includes the 48-hour post-reassembly observation period where we monitor the timing across multiple positions. More complex vintage movements may take a few days longer if sourcing specific parts is required. We will always keep you informed of the timeline during the initial assessment.
Do you work with all watch brands?
Yes. Our watchmakers are experienced with ETA, Miyota, Seagull, Sellita, and many other calibers. We handle Swiss, Japanese, and Chinese movements across a wide range of brands — from everyday quartz watches to high-end mechanical timepieces. If you are unsure whether we can help with your particular watch, feel free to bring it in for a quick look.
Is there a warranty on your repair services?
We provide a service warranty that covers the specific work performed. The duration depends on the type of repair — movement restorations carry a longer coverage period than battery changes, for example. Full details are shared with you upon completion. If anything feels off after a repair, bring it back and we will investigate promptly.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Absolutely. Walk-in visits are welcome during our operating hours. For battery and seal services, we can usually attend to your watch on the same day. For movement restorations and case refinishing, we will conduct an initial assessment and provide a detailed estimate before scheduling the work.
How do I know what service my watch needs?
If you are unsure, that is completely fine. Bring your watch to our workshop and we will inspect it at no charge. Our team will explain what is happening with the movement or case, outline the recommended service, and provide a transparent cost estimate before anything begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, as well as online transfers. Payment is collected upon completion of the service, once you are satisfied with the work. A deposit may be requested for parts sourcing on certain restorations.
