Brought my father's old Seiko automatic — it hadn't run properly in years. chrondele did a full movement restoration and the watch is keeping time beautifully now. They explained every step and the cost matched the initial quote exactly. Very satisfied with the care they showed.

Had my Tissot crystal replaced after a bad scratch. The new sapphire crystal looks perfect, and they polished the case too. Took about a week, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but the result was well worth the wait. Would come back for my other watches.

I collect vintage watches and finding a reliable repair service in KL has been a challenge. chrondele impressed me with their knowledge of older ETA calibers. Ahmad took the time to explain the condition of my 1970s Omega and gave me honest advice on what it needed. Proper workmanship here.

Just needed a battery change for my daily quartz watch. They did it while I waited, replaced the gasket too, and tested the water resistance. Quick, professional, and fairly priced. No unnecessary upsell, which I appreciated. Good honest service.

Sent in my Orient Bambino for a movement service. They found a worn mainspring and replaced it. The watch runs well now and they gave me the old part back to see. Only reason for four stars is I wish they had a more convenient location for parking, but the work itself was excellent.

My grandmother's gold-plated watch was in rough shape — scratched case, foggy crystal, and the crown felt loose. chrondele refinished the case beautifully, replaced the crystal, and tightened everything up. It looks like new. The sentimental value made this repair particularly meaningful, and they handled it with real care.

Success Stories

The Challenge

A 1985 Rolex Datejust that had not been serviced in over 20 years. The movement was running 45 seconds fast per day, the date mechanism was sticking, and the case showed deep scratches from decades of daily wear.

Our Solution

Full movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning. Replaced the mainspring, datewheel spring, and three worn pivots. Applied fresh lubrication throughout. Refinished the Oyster case with careful brushing to preserve the original lines. Replaced the crystal gasket.

The Result

Movement accuracy within +3 seconds per day across all positions. Date change crisp and reliable. Case restored to near-original condition. Water resistance confirmed to specification. Completed within 12 working days. The owner described it as having a new watch with the same soul.

The Challenge

A Seiko Presage with a cracked hardlex crystal and visible moisture damage inside the dial. The movement had stopped completely. The owner feared the watch was beyond repair.

Our Solution

Replaced the damaged crystal with a new hardlex unit. Opened and carefully cleaned the movement to remove moisture traces. Identified and replaced a corroded contact spring. Renewed all gaskets. Ran a full timing calibration after reassembly.

The Result

The watch was back to full function within 8 working days. Timing accuracy within manufacturer specification. Water resistance restored. The dial showed no lasting damage from the moisture, which was caught early enough to prevent permanent marks.

The Challenge

A collection of six quartz watches, all needing battery replacements. The owner had been putting it off because previous repair shops had damaged a gasket on one of his watches, causing condensation issues.

Our Solution

Each watch was opened individually, fitted with the correct cell type, and given a new caseback gasket. Pressure tested all six for water resistance. Checked crown function and noted any additional issues found during inspection. Provided a condition report for each piece.

The Result

All six watches returned in a single day. Each passed its water resistance test. The client appreciated receiving individual reports and said the attention to the gaskets specifically addressed his concern. He has since returned with a seventh watch for service.
