From a Small Bench to a Full Workshop
chrondele began with a simple observation: many watch owners in Kuala Lumpur struggled to find a repair service they could trust with their timepieces. High-street shops offered quick fixes, but few took the time to understand the movements inside or communicate openly about what each watch truly needed.
Founded in the Bukit Bintang district, our workshop was set up to do things differently. We invested in proper diagnostic equipment, sourced quality replacement parts from reputable suppliers, and committed to a process where every client receives a thorough assessment before any work begins. Nothing is assumed; everything is explained.
Over the years, we have earned the trust of collectors, everyday wearers, and those who simply want a beloved family heirloom to keep ticking. Our watchmakers have trained extensively with Swiss, Japanese, and Chinese calibers, and they continue to refine their skills as new movements and materials enter the market.
What has not changed is the way we approach each watch — with patience, attention, and a genuine interest in the story behind the timepiece. That philosophy remains at the centre of everything we do at chrondele.

Ahmad Haziq
Lead Watchmaker
Over 15 years of bench work with Swiss and Japanese movements. Ahmad oversees all complex restorations and mentors the team on caliber-specific techniques.
Siew Ling
Case & Crystal Specialist
Siew Ling focuses on external restoration — polishing, brushing, and bezel work. She has a particular talent for returning scratched cases to their factory shine.
Ravi Kumar
Client Relations & Diagnostics
Ravi handles initial assessments, prepares detailed reports for each watch, and ensures clients understand every step of the repair process before it starts.
How We Work
Quality Standards
Climate-Controlled Environment
Our workshop maintains controlled temperature and humidity levels to protect sensitive watch components during storage and repair.
Watchmaker-Grade Lubricants
We use only industry-standard synthetic lubricants specified for each type of movement, applied with precision dispensers under magnification.
Multi-Position Timing
Every restored movement is tested on a timing machine across multiple positions to verify accuracy before being returned to the owner.
Water Resistance Testing
Pressure testing is performed after gasket replacement and caseback sealing to confirm water resistance meets the manufacturer's specification.

Our clients come from across the Klang Valley: Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, and beyond, drawn by a commitment to honest work and fair pricing.
We repair mechanical watches, quartz timepieces, dress watches, sport models, and vintage pieces. Whether the issue is a sluggish date wheel, a cracked crystal, a worn crown gasket, or a movement that has simply stopped, our team approaches each case with the same level of diligence. We work with ETA, Miyota, Seagull, and Sellita calibers routinely, and we are comfortable handling watches from both well-known and lesser-known manufacturers.
Our workshop is equipped with ultrasonic cleaning baths, timing machines, pressure testers, and a full complement of hand tools that allow us to perform detailed work at the component level. We source replacement parts from established suppliers to maintain the integrity of each movement we service.
